DX System Radio Magnetic Transformer

I’m borrowing this interesting device from a friend hoping to find what ever information about it I can. The website is long gone and the little french material I could find at archive.org was didn’t seem to mention this device.

It has an SO239 at the bottom and a single screw terminal at the top.
